Game Scheduler
Overview

User Interface

An intuitive user interface helps set up leagues within minutes. The information is thoroughly interconnected, allowing you to readily find out, for example, which teams are assigned to a coach or which teams play on a field.

An integrated ID system help you identify age-groups, divisions, teams, fields and coaches in reports. The program ensures that each ID is unique.

Scheduling Engine

Integrating multiple scheduling modes, this powerful engine generates comprehensive schedules that are free of time-conflicts and achieve a balanced distribution among teams, fields and coaches.

This engine incorporates the latest algorithms that streams constraints defined in age-groups, divisions, teams, fields, coaches and previous schedules. The resulting schedules uses the fields in the most efficient manner yet follows the limitation you have establish.

Scheduling Editor

Integrated into the scheduling engine, this visual editor provides the flexibility to manually fine-tune the schedule. To make a change, you simply drag/drop a game to another available slot. And, just as importantly, the program ensures that the changes made are conflict-free.

In addition, from within the editor, reports in several formats can be generated—ensuring that schedules meet your expectations.

As an added benefit, schedules can be placed in hold to allow peer-review. Once reviewed, these schedules can be published and made available to the website generator.

New in release 9 is a history panel which shows all the changes that you have done. In addition, all games are assigned a unique game number and notes can be recorded for each game.

Reporter

Once schedules have been created, the reporter provides a set of customizable reports for record keeping or distribution. Reports can be generated at any level, such as age-group, division, team, coach or field. These reports can be sent to your browser or exported to Excel.

You will also be able to manually create new games, reschedule or cancel existing games.

Web Site Generator

The program includes a full website generator for building a complete navigation system to all scheduled games.

In addition, news, sponsors and notices can be incorporated into each object (age-group, division, team, field and field-location). News and sponsor information appear on the home page of each object. Whereas, notices are displayed on each of the generated schedules.

Through news, your teams can be kept informed about important events. Each news story contains a headline, the contents of the story and an optional link to the full story. Multiple news can be defined for each individual item.
